The international conference “Bach and Italy”, which will take place from November 22-28, 2020, will be the first occasion to present the research about the connection between Johann Sebastian Bach and the Italian music culture at an international level, fostering the dialogue among musicians and musicologists. The conference is organised by the cultural association JSBach.it, by the Conservatorio Statale di Musica "G. Verdi" di Torino and by the Istituto per i Beni Musicali in Piemonte

Because of the Covid-19 health-emergency, the conference will take place online: it will be available through streaming on the main social platforms and hence accessible for free from anywhere in the world.

It will be an important moment of scholarly dissemination and a meeting point for the Italian and international Bach-community.

The programme consists of 9 sessions, 55 speakers, 23 presentations, 16 lecture-recitals, 2 keynote speeches, 3 roundtables, 4 concerts, 1 film, 3 interviews for a total of 1805 minutes of live-streaming available for all.

For the technical implementation of this project, we need your help, especially for the following points:
